Nervines & Adaptogens for Emotional Balance

⏱️ Runtime: 1 hr 24 min 💚 You can pause, rewatch, and return anytime.

About This Workshop or What We Explored Together

In this class, we explored the science, spirit, and history of twelve plant allies — from gentle nervines like Chamomile and Lemon Balm, to deeper supports like Skullcap and Motherwort, to adaptogens and fungi such as Reishi and Ashwagandha.

Together we looked at how these plants work through the nervous system to ease stress, grief, and anxiety — and how they invite us to slow down and listen to the language of our own bodies.

✨ A note about the tea meditation
The recording ends just before our closing tea meditation. I chose not to film that portion because ceremony is meant to be experienced in the present moment — not replayed, but felt.

If you’re curious about the power of drinking tea with intention, I invite you to explore this practice in your own way: brew a cup, slow down, and notice how the plants speak to you.

To learn more about tea meditations and working with plant medicine intentionally, you can follow me on Instagram or reach out directly for personal guidance or upcoming ceremony opportunities.

Build Your Winter Apothecary: Fire Cider Making Demo

Workshop Replay

Welcome back to the circle 🌙
This is the replay of our live workshop exploring culinary pant allies for warmth and how to make fire cider, as well as addressing FAQs.

⏱️ Runtime: 57 min 💚 You can pause, rewatch, and return anytime.

About This Workshop or What We Explored Together

Tonight we gathered for Part I of Build Your Winter Apothecary — a hands-on Fire Cider–making workshop where we explored the warming culinary allies that help us stay resilient through the cold season.

Together, we chopped roots and aromatics, learned the folk lineage of Fire Cider, and talked about the role of heat, circulation, and digestive fire in herbal traditions from Ayurveda to TCM to Western herbalism. We covered the medicinal gifts of ginger, turmeric, horseradish, garlic, citrus, rosemary, thyme, and spices like cinnamon + cardamom — understanding not just what they do, but why they work. This session was all about igniting the inner fire, reconnecting to kitchen medicine, and crafting a winter tonic that will support immunity, warmth, and vitality for the months ahead.
