Curiosity over certainty
Relationship over extraction
Discernment over dogma
Simone Ver Eecke is the founder of Thyme/Space, an interdisciplinary practice exploring the relationship between nourishment, ritual, creativity, and intentional living. Her work weaves together food, herbalism, plant medicine support, design, music, and community-building to help people cultivate meaningful, lasting transformation.
Drawing from studies in ethnobotany, herbalism, nervous system regulation, and contemplative traditions, Simone approaches transformation through the lens of relationship—believing that lasting change is shaped not by a single breakthrough, but by the environments we create, the practices we embody, and the communities that support us.
Alongside one-on-one guidance, Simone collaborates with retreat centers, artists, organizations, and purpose-driven businesses to design thoughtful experiences ranging from immersive dining events and retreat hospitality to creative direction, websites, and educational programming. Her work is rooted in curiosity, stewardship, and a deep respect for the cultures and lineages that have carried this knowledge across generations.
She is currently deepening her studies in Tz'utujil Maya Cosmovision and the cultural history of cacao through Jun Imox's educational programs, while continuing her work in herbalism, community education, and interdisciplinary design.
Whether around a shared table, in a creative studio, or beside a ceremonial fire, Simone's work invites people to cultivate more intentional relationships with themselves, one another, and the living world.

I don't believe wisdom belongs to us simply because we've encountered it. Relationship creates responsibility.
Relationship creates responsibility.

Humility Reciprocity
Much of what has shaped my practice comes from traditions and cultures that are not my own.
I approach those teachings as a student, with gratitude for the people who have trusted me with their knowledge and a responsibility to honor where it comes from. My path isn't about collecting traditions or identities. It's about relationship, reciprocity, remembrance, and learning how to carry what I've been given with integrity.
